Rock out and burn off calories with Rock Aerobics! ™  My name is Nicola Smith and its my mission to ditch the dance music and bring in the Rock!Many people are put off going to aerobic classes due to the restricted choice of music, the social stigma of brand names and the limited workout some classes can give your body. I intend to change this... During my studies I have gained a Bsc in Sports studies and many National Governing Body coaching awards in various sports. I am a fully qualified YMCA trained Music Instructor and Gym instructor. Due to the variety of my fitness experience and qualifications I can train all major components of fitness Cardiovascular, Muscular Strength and Endurance in the most effective and efficient manner. Why spend loads of money on a gym membership when all this can all be achieved in 1 hour of Rock Aerobics™ whilst listening to music that motivates you...Rock! If Rock is your passion or your simply looking for a new way to burn off calories and take part in a full body workout in a fun, enjoyable atmosphere this is the class for you. We are always welcoming music requests from our clients so feel free to tell me what tunes you would like to Rock out and Burn off calories to and you might hear it the next time you come along!
