Brand new 6 week block
Rock Aerobic Programmes starting from 30th August at
a venue near you!
This will involve:
6 Rock Aerobics sessions with a fully qualified instructor
A Rock Aerobics Fitness lifestyle booklet containing calorific exercise and food counts, why dieting does not work,
alternative exercises and stretches for you to take part in the comfort of your own home and outdoors
allowing you to record and monitor your fitness progress.
All of this for just £30.00 payable when you attend your first class.
How do I book onto the 6 week block?
All you need to do is simply turn up on the 1st night, sign up paying your full amount of £30.00 and Rock out!
Please note classes will only run with a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 30.
What happens if I turn up and there is less than 8 people?
In
this instance the first class will go ahead at a cost of £5.00 per
person and an alternative venue will be suggested to you which is
running with the correct numbers.
If more interest is drawn at a later date for this venue you will be notified by your instructor.
Why work in 6 week blocks?
For you to achieve your fitness goals you need to change your lifestyle and Rock Aerobics will help you do that!
By
attending 6 sessions of exercise it will help establish exercise into
your daily routine. You will meet people with similar goals as yourself
who want to get healthier or lose weight whilst Rocking out to their
favourite tunes. Due to the consistence of attending 6 sessions on a
weekly basis this will allow your instructor to increase the intensity
of each session at a gradual pace you are happy with to enable you to
achieve your goals more efficiently without wasting time.
